Following the momentum of her move, Lacy then joined Midwest Property Management in 2013 as a Property Manager, here she led a team of over 25 staff members and was responsible for 900 residential units, as well as 219 modular home-park in Leduc. After moving to Edmonton, Alberta in 2012 she became a Regional Property Manager for Mainstreet Equity Corp, where she was responsible for managing 765 rental units in 30 different residential buildings. She started this journey in Halifax, Nova Scotia working for IMP Group International as an Administrative Assistant under their Taxation, Internal Audit, and Properties division.
